Double ended dreads are individual pieces, when bent equally in half the structure will appear as if there are two dreads. Your natural hair should be sectioned and tightly braided on to one side of the double ended dread and then secured with a rubber band. This method of installation will not cause any damages to your hair. A count of 45-60 regular width dreads and a count of 100-120 thin dreads is the recommended amount for full head coverage. These dreads could also be used as additions to existing dread falls or wigs.
